Twelve Gubisch-Lineage Instruments for Structural Rhinoplasty

A Gubisch set is built around one instrument family, and this 12-piece rhinoplasty set follows it from osteotomy to closure. A Gubisch-Fanous osteotome with guide thorn, a Gubisch osteotome with aluminium handle, a Cottle-Gubisch graduated chisel and a Gubisch-Fomon tungsten carbide rasp shape the bone, while a cartilage crusher and Gubisch-Rubin septal morselizer forceps prepare graft material.

Inside the Set

Exposure: a Gubisch-Aufricht nasal retractor and a Gubisch-Kilner double alar hook for gentle exposure.
Fine closure: an extra-fine Gubisch needle holder and Aiach-Gubisch cartilage forceps.
Marking and clearing: a Gubisch pen holder for disposable pens and a suction raspatory with guide for a clear field.
