Cottle Osteotomes: Graduated Set, 18 cm

The Cottle osteotomes (graduated, 18 cm / 7 1/8") are chisels for cutting the nasal bones in rhinoplasty. Graduated sizes let the surgeon choose the width for each osteotomy, from fine medial cuts to broader lateral cuts.
