Every reusable instrument from Gulmaher Surgico is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship, from the date of purchase.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship
- Defects that appear under normal surgical use and correct care
What is not covered
- Normal wear, such as dulling of cutting edges over time
- Damage from misuse, dropping, or use for a purpose other than intended
- Damage from incorrect cleaning, chemicals or sterilization (see Care & Sterilization)
- Instruments modified or repaired by a third party
- Single-use and disposable products
Report damage on arrival within 10 days
Transit damage or defects visible on arrival must be reported within 10 days of receipt, as set out in our Return Goods Policy. After that, the 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects.
How to make a claim
- Contact our customer service team with your order number, the product name or SKU, and photos of the problem.
- We will review the claim and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if the item needs to be returned.
- Approved claims are resolved by repair, replacement or credit.
