The Silver skin grafting knife (dermatome) (19 cm / 7-1/2") cuts thin slices of skin from a donor area for skin grafts. At 19 cm it is the most compact of our grafting knives, handy for small grafts.

Compact for Small Grafts

A short knife gives good control when only a small area needs to be harvested, for example a limited burn or a small defect. It is a main use of dermatomes to reconstitute skin damaged by grade 3 burns or trauma.
