Fifty Instruments for Assisted Delivery and Major Obstetric Surgery

Some deliveries go beyond a routine birth: assisted delivery, an abdominal incision, or a complication that needs more than a basic tray. This 50-piece obstetrical set covers that scope with Simpson-Luikart and McLane-Tucker-Luikart obstetrical forceps, an Iowa membrane forceps, a Braun episiotomy forceps and two Eastman retractors, backed by the cutting, clamping and draping stock a longer case consumes.

Key Features

Clamp stock: six Rochester-Pean, nine Crile and one Rochester-Ochsner forceps.
Generous draping: twelve Backhaus towel clamps.
Cutting: operating scissors in straight and curved, plus Mayo dissecting scissors.
Closure: three Mayo-Hegar needle holders in 7" and 8".
Longer reach: obstetrical forceps run 14" to 15 1/2", Foerster sponge forceps 9 1/2".
Swabbing: two curved Foerster sponge forceps.
