The Millard-Cottle retractor with finger ring is a 5.5 cm double-prong, sharp retractor with a working size of 5 mm deep x 12 mm wide. The finger ring lets the surgeon hold it with the fingertips and control the tissue in the small nasal field.

Finger-Ring Control

The ring gives a secure, steady hold without squeezing, and the short length (2 1/8") suits intranasal work where long handles get in the way. Two sharp prongs hold the tissue firmly during retraction.
