Dialysis access surgery runs on delicate vessel work. This 67-piece AV fistula tray is built around that workflow, not general vascular tools: four Diethrich bulldog clamps, four ring-handle DeBakey bulldog clamps, a vascular dilator set of 9 and a Zanger-DeBakey heparin needle, with ten Halsted mosquito forceps for hemostasis.

Built Around the Procedure

• Needle holders: Halsey, Castroviejo, DeBakey cardiovascular and two Crile-Wood.
• Atraumatic grasping: two DeBakey atraumatic forceps, a Potts-Smith dressing forceps and Adson tissue and dressing forceps.
• Exposure: Weitlaner, Alm, Blair-Rolly, Richardson and Senn retractors.
• Fine scissors: Potts-Smith, Stevens and Westcott tenotomy patterns for vessel work.
• Suction and dissection: a Frazier suction tube, Metzenbaum-Lahey and Mayo dissecting scissors and a scalpel handle for vessel work.
