Returns

• Return within 30 days of purchase for full credit. Items must be unused and in the original packaging, or unopened.
• A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required. Contact customer service before sending any return.
• 25% restocking fee after 30 days, 50% after 45 days. No returns after 60 days.
• Not returnable: custom-made instruments, special orders and discounted-invoice products, discontinued products, and implants or sterile products not in their original unopened package.
• Report any defective product within 10 days of receipt.
