Cottle Alar and Skin Hook: Two Sharp Prongs, 14 cm

The Cottle alar and skin hook is a 14 cm hook with 2 sharp prongs (5 x 10 mm) for rhinoplasty and nose surgery. It lifts the alar rim and skin edges, holding them clear for the surgeon without a second pair of hands.

A Light Hold on Fine Tissue

Sharp prongs engage the tissue firmly with minimal pull, so the surgeon can see the lower lateral cartilages and the wound edge. The 5 1/2" length is comfortable for the narrow nasal field.
