Snowden-Pencer Breast Retractor: Double-Ended, 31 cm

The Snowden-Pencer breast retractor is a 12-1/4" (31 cm) double-ended retractor with serrated edges, made for the three common incisional approaches in breast augmentation. The blades measure 22 x 55 mm and 38 x 70 mm, so one instrument handles several steps.

Short End, Long End

The smaller, shorter blade gives early access through the incision, and the larger end holds the pocket open as the dissection deepens. Serrated edges grip the tissue, so the retractor stays in position.
