The Lewis nasal rasp (19.5 cm) has tungsten carbide (TC) cutting teeth for fine, controlled reduction of the nasal dorsum in rhinoplasty. Tungsten carbide stays sharp for longer than plain steel, so the cut is consistent from the first stroke to the last.
