What is the difference between guide and bypass?
The guide pattern runs suction continuously. The bypass pattern has a thumb hole you cover to apply suction and release to break it, so you control it without reaching for the tubing.

Which length should I choose?
20 cm reaches the full dorsum from a lower approach; 17 cm is lighter for shorter work. The catalog table above lists each with its catalog number.

How do I stop it blocking?
Flush the lumen with water immediately after use and run a cleaning stylet through before autoclaving.
