Endoscope Guide 0°, 30° and 70°, Ø 4 mm, 175 mm

This endoscope guide is a Ø 4 mm, 175 mm rod-lens scope offered in 0°, 30° and 70° viewing angles, the three that cover endoscopic facelift, brow and mid-face work. The angle you pick decides what you see without moving the port, so most surgeons running an endoscopic plastic surgery list keep more than one. Choose your viewing angle from the dropdown. Bulk discounts apply on multi-piece and full-set orders.

Why Surgeons Choose It

  • Three viewing angles cover forward, oblique and lateral fields from one port
  • Ø 4 mm diameter fits the standard optical cavity retractors
  • 175 mm working length suits brow, mid-face and neck dissection
  • Rod-lens optics give a bright, wide field at working distance
  • Fully autoclavable, no soaking cycle needed between cases

Built for Repeated Use

The outer tube and eyepiece housing are stainless steel, sealed against moisture ingress so the optics do not fog after repeated cycles. The rod-lens train is fixed and shock-mounted rather than glued in place, which is what lets the scope survive a full autoclave at 134 °C without losing alignment. Handle it as optics: no dropping, no harsh ultrasonic.

Direct From the Manufacturer

We supply this instrument direct to surgeons, clinics, hospitals and distributors, so there is no importer margin in the price. Every scope is bench-checked for image quality and seal integrity before dispatch and carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Ask for bulk pricing on multi-piece and full-set orders, and tell us your light-post fitting when you order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which viewing angle should I buy first?
30° is the usual first scope: it sees forward enough to navigate and oblique enough to work under a flap. Add 0° for straight-line dissection and 70° for looking back along a plane.

Does it fit standard optical cavity retractors?
Yes. The Ø 4 mm outer diameter is the common size for endoscopic brow and facelift retractors.

Can it be autoclaved?
Yes, at 134 °C. The housing is sealed and the lens train is mounted to tolerate the cycle. Avoid harsh ultrasonic cleaning and sudden cooling.

What light cable fitting does it take?
Tell us your light source when ordering and we will supply the matching post or an adapter.

Is this the same as the 16 cm endoscope guide?
No. That is a T-handled guide tube for passing an endoscope, a different instrument at a different price, and it has its own page.

Is it supplied sterile?
No. It ships clean and non-sterile, ready for your own cleaning and autoclave cycle at 134 °C before first use.
