The Cottle nasal septum speculum is a 14 cm spring-handle speculum with blades shaped for septal work. It holds the nostril and septum open during septoplasty and rhinoplasty.

It is made of AISI 410 stainless steel (Japanese steel) with a spring handle, and is supplied non-sterile and reusable. Catalog number GAT-03.50. A shorter 13 cm version is sold separately as GAT-03.52.
