The Gubisch Fanous nasal osteotome is a 19.5 cm narrow, delicate osteotome with a guide thorn, made for fine osteotomies in rhinoplasty. The narrow blade gives accurate bone cuts along the nasal pyramid, and the guide thorn helps keep the cut on the planned line.
