The Walter retractor is a 19 cm four-prong rake retractor for holding back skin and soft tissue in rhinoplasty and facial surgery.

Four Prongs, Even Hold

Where a single hook pulls at one point and distorts the edge, the Walter's four prongs share the load and keep the edge flat and stable. That is gentler on thin skin during long retraction and supports good healing. The 19 cm length lets the assistant hold steady while staying clear of the field. Stainless steel and reusable; store with the prongs protected.
