Masing Retractor 20cm With Guide Channel 10x18mm

The Masing retractor is a 20 cm nasal retractor with a 10 x 18 mm blade and a built-in guide channel. It holds back nasal skin while the channel steers a knife or other instrument along the blade.

Retraction and Guidance Together

Space inside the nose is limited, so combining retraction and guidance in one instrument keeps incisions and dissection on line with fewer adjustments. The blade is sized for nasal access and also works as an alar retractor, while the handle stays outside the nose. Satin stainless steel, supplied non-sterile; clean the channel with a small brush.
