Killian Claus Nasal Gouge: 6 mm Bayonet Gouge

The Killian Claus nasal gouge is a 17 cm bayonet-shaped gouge with a 6 mm working size for rhinoplasty and nasal surgery. A gouge removes small amounts of bone or cartilage with a scooping cut, which helps the surgeon refine the nasal framework.

Bayonet Shape, 6 mm Edge

The offset handle keeps the surgeon's fingers away from the nasal opening and out of the line of sight, while the 6 mm edge removes tissue in controlled steps. It works alongside osteotomes and rasps on a rhinoplasty tray.
