The Pennington septum elevator (8-1/4" / 20 cm, 4 mm tip) is used in nasal septum surgery. It has two sharp, working ends of different sizes.

Two Ends for the Perichondrium

The ends are used to enter the perichondrium and lift the flap while helping to avoid tearing it. The surgeon can switch ends as the case needs. Reusable high-grade stainless steel.
