The Obwegeser nasal septum forceps are an 18.5 cm (7¼ inch) grasping forceps for holding and removing septal cartilage and bone in septoplasty and rhinoplasty. The robust build gives a firm grip deep inside the nasal cavity.

Firm Grip for Septal Work

The jaws hold deviated segments securely without slipping, and the 18.5 cm length reaches the back of the septum while the handles stay outside the nose. Cartilage can be removed in usable pieces for grafting. Made from stainless steel, the forceps are reusable and easy to reprocess.
