The Nagata auricular septum elevator is a 16 cm blunt elevator with a 5 mm working end (Type B) for auricular reconstruction and septal surgery.

Blunt Tip for Careful Elevation

The blunt 5 mm end slides beneath perichondrium or mucoperichondrium and lifts it evenly without cutting, keeping the tissue intact for grafting and healing. It suits cartilage harvest in ear reconstruction and septal flap elevation in rhinoplasty, and its compact length works well in the tight spaces of the ear and nose. Stainless steel and reusable.
