Masing Nasal Bone File: Fine, Double-Ended, 21 cm

The Masing nasal bone file is a 21 cm (8-1/2") double-ended rasp in a fine pattern. Its teeth follow the serration of a Mayo-Hegar needle holder (coarse teeth) yet are sharp enough to rub the bone smoothly, and two small round holes make the instrument light.

Light and Sharp

The perforations reduce weight, so the file is easy to control during long smoothing strokes along the nasal dorsum. Two working ends give the surgeon a second face when the first is blocked with bone dust.
