The Joseph rhinoplasty knife with a button end is a 15 cm straight knife for separating nasal skin and soft tissue from the underlying framework. The rounded button keeps the tip blunt, lowering the risk of perforating the skin.

Straight Blade, Protective Button End

The straight pattern gives direct, predictable movement along the dorsum, while the button end glides beneath the skin envelope as the blade frees the tissue. It is used in both open and closed rhinoplasty. Stainless steel, supplied non-sterile and reusable.
