The Freeman retractor (7" / 18 cm) has a 38 mm blade on a bent neck, giving deep, stable exposure of facial and breast pockets while keeping the hand out of the field. The bend moves the handle away from the line of sight.

Bent Neck, Clear Field

The offset neck keeps the assistant's hand beside the wound, not above it, so the surgeon sees the whole pocket. A 38 mm blade holds a good width of tissue and stays steady during longer dissections.
